The Service is accessible via a remote connection using a user ID, a password chosen by you and a company code approved by Kizeo. A uniqueness check is performed by the system.

For security and confidentiality reasons, only the combination of these three codes allows the client to access the software application.

Our communication protocols are secure, all communications are done in HTTPS (the little padlock), which allows you to consult your data securely. It also allows you to make your payments by credit card in a secure manner.

The website www.kizeo-tempo.com is hosted by GCP (Google Cloud Platform) in Belgium. The administration platform  www.kizeotempo.com is hosted on AWS (Amazon Web Services).

Kizeo offers a reliable technical hosting environment, high availability and optimal security thanks to the architecture of the certified data centres, as well as the compliance with technological solutions. Our servers have a redundant architecture. This means that in the event of a malfunction at one of the sites, the other one takes over instantly. In addition, we carry out additional backups.
